Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to production schedules.

  • Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity without compromising on quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications through regular quality checks and inspections.

  • Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent reoccurrence.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for production activities.

  • Coordinate with procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment and supply chain logistics.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory records, and quality control documentation.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role, preferably 2-3 years.

  • Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
