**Job Title**: Product Executive

**Job Overview**:
A product executive job is a role responsible for researching, designing, developing, testing and launching new products for an organization. Product executives are the front runners of the product development process, from concept to completion. They are also responsible for communication with stakeholders, analyzing customer data and market trends, and managing product lifecycles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product executives are responsible for the creation and deployment of products. This includes setting goals and timelines, overseeing product design and engineering, coordination of marketing and management activities, participating in product testing, and collaborating with stakeholders. They ensure that products meet customer demands and remain competitive in the market. Specific job responsibilities of a product executive include:

- **Researching**:Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product design.
- **Designing**:Develop product concepts and evaluate designs for functionality and performance.
- **Engineering**:Oversee product engineering and development, with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, performance, and scalability.
- **Testing**:Participate in product testing to ensure the product meets customer expectations and standards.
- **Launching**:Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to launch the product on time and within budget.
- **Communication**:Act as a spokesperson for the product and coordinate communication between all stakeholders.
- **Management**:Manage product lifecycle, from concept to completion.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (mandatory).
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in both customer service and sales, with a focus on customer support (70%) and sales (30%).
- **Client Interaction**: Experience working with US clients is preferred.
- **International Exposure**: Experience in international sales or customer service is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- **Location Flexibility**: Must be able to commute or relocate to Katargam, Surat, before starting the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
