**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting customers in person, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls.
- Meet clients to understand their needs, demonstrate products/services, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including leads, visits, and conversion details.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional events in the assigned territory.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the marketing and product teams.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
