Job Title: E-commerce Executive

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing product listings on platforms such as Etsy and eBay, with a focus on jewelry items featuring gemstones and diamonds. Additionally, you will be coordinating with overseas clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on Etsy and eBay platforms, including uploading product photos, writing compelling product descriptions, and setting competitive pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product listings optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product listings, including videos, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Coordinate with overseas clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Facilitate the order fulfillment process, including processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.
- Ensure all product listings comply with platform policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Proficiency in product listing and management on Etsy and eBay platforms.
- Knowledge of gemstones and diamonds, including their characteristics, grading, and value propositions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coordinating with overseas clients and vendors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
