**JOB DESCIPTION**:
**Client Engagement**: Initiate and maintain regular contact with our clients to build rapport, understand their
preferences, and anticipate their needs. This includes reaching out for birthday celebrations, festival greetings,
and other special occasions to show our appreciation and foster a positive relationship.
**Feedback Collection**: Proactively gather feedback from clients about our products and services. Act as a liaison
between clients and the company, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns addressed promptly and
professionally.
**Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty
and retention. Address any client issues with patience and empathy, seeking resolutions that align with both
the client's satisfaction and the company's objectives.
**Event Coordination**: Plan and execute small-scale activities and events for clients, such as birthday
celebrations, festivals, and other occasions.
Communication: Be the point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries,
concerns, or requests.
**Social Media Engagement**: Be active on social media platforms, using them as tools to connect with clients,
share company updates, and promote our brand.
Interest in Branding, Gifting, and Customization: Have a genuine interest in branding strategies, gifting
solutions, and product customization to offer clients personalized experiences and strengthen brand loyalty.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
