At the same time we are building the OS (Operating System) that will supercharge their productivity and processes to ultimately make procurement autonomous. The B2B manufacturing industry has a lack of digitization globally. NowPurchase envisions being the operating system for metal manufacturers, starting off with foundries. The end goal is to be able to automate procurement by creating & connecting the different systems both on the software and hardware end (ex: furnaces, spectrometers) **Role Description** We are looking for a talented Client Relationship Executive who will act as responsible for managing the CRM data and maintaining a strong and long term relationship with the clients. You will be responsible for maintaining the database and connecting with the clients for providing post sales services. **What are the expectations from this role?** - Regular Contact : You will connect with clients on a regular basis and update on the services ( Raw materials as per SKUs) company is providing - Customer Complaint Resolution : Act quickly & Give attention to the customer complaints, record the details of facts. Discuss with the concerned procurement /sales personnel and get the problem resolved as committed and Inform back to the customer for further any improvements. - Monthly & Quarterly reconciliation of accounts: Ensure all files, CRM and ERP are maintained meticulously, cost documents and reports, MIS are up to date in Zoho. **Qualifications** - Graduates with 1 to 3 years prior experience as an Customer Relationship Executive. Should have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a customer service orientation. - Should have very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word with strong follow up skills & customer service orientation. **Compensation & Benefits** - Medical Insurance: Benefits of group insurance of 3 lakhs for the family including parents, spouse, and children. - Generous leave structure including maternity and paternity leaves. - Snacks on the house **Possible Growth path** Executive - Customer Relationship > Senior Executive - Customer Relationship > Assistant Manager -Customer Relationship > Manager Customer Relationship **Hiring Process** - Screening of applicants & initial telephonic call with Manager -HR - Video & Written assessment - F2F/Video Interview with CEO - Psychometric Assessment The end to end process shall take less than 10 days.
