Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic International Client Relationship Executive to expand our global client base. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads internationally, build relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable business proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Stay updated with global market trends and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in International Business Development or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms.
  • Must be willing to work from the Kolkata office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/IT services industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Salary:

As per company norms; based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
