**Job brief**

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to create and nurture long-term relationships with our existing and new clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. You will work as a link between the Clients and the Company

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp Client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in Client service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you. If you do not have any any experience but have the urge to learn, we would still like to meet you.

Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.

**This job requires travelling** as we have our clients all over the nation. Apart from that we do International and Domestic Distributor meetings where you will play a vital role.

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with key employees among Clients
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with Clients to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain Clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address Clients’ needs

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Executive will be given a little more preference
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. Client satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,131.22 - ₹16,000.00 per month
