
Front Office Executive

A front office executive in a hotel is responsible for managing the front desk and reception area, and is often the first point of contact for guests. Their responsibilities include:
- Guest services: Greeting guests, registering them, and assigning rooms. They also issue room keys, keep track of keys and security, and answer questions about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and more.
- Reservations: They may also handle reservations, room assignments, and bills.
- Communication: They answer phones, take messages, and set up wake-up calls. They may also sort and distribute mail, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Records: They may keep records of room availability and guest accounts, and update documents and spreadsheets.
- Office equipment: They may operate office equipment like photocopiers and printers.
- Other tasks: They may also record meeting minutes and dictations, and bookkeep and issue invoices.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
