**Job Responsibilities - Franchise Executive**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all franchisees, addressing queries related to operations and other franchise-related matters promptly.
- Efficiently handle and resolve all operational concerns raised by franchise partners in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products to all franchise outlets.
- Ensure strict compliance by all franchisees with company SOPs, pricing structures, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor and verify the timely submission and accuracy of the Daily Control Chart (DCC) from all franchise locations.
- Review and analyze the Franchisee Stock Control Chart (FSCC) to ensure inventory accuracy and stock discipline across outlets.
- Manage sundry debtor accounts and ensure timely collection of dues, maintaining mínimal or zero outstanding balances from franchisees.
- Maintain updated MIS reports related to sundry debtors for internal tracking and analysis.
- Prepare and submit monthly profitability reports for all franchise outlets.
- Maintain and regularly update the onboarding checklist for new franchisees.
- Oversee and verify the completion of all necessary documentation during the onboarding of new franchisees.
- Train new franchise owners and their staff on DCC maintenance, reporting procedures, and operational protocols.
- Communicate regularly with franchisees regarding new product launches, marketing promotions, and strategic business initiatives.
- Track franchise fees and outstanding payments; coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely recoveries.
- Perform any additional duties assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
