**Job Description - Franchise Manager**
- Take full ownership of managing existing franchise operations and driving franchise expansion in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process of new franchisees, including documentation, agreement execution, and collection of initial payments.
- Ensure all franchise-related documentation is accurately completed, regularly updated, and properly maintained.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of all outlets through reports and Daily Control Charts (DCCs).
- Conduct regular performance reviews with franchisees to assess profitability, identify operational challenges, and implement improvements.
- Act as the key liaison for franchisees, resolving operational queries and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, SOPs, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance by all franchisees with company standards including pricing policies, hygiene protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Supervise and support the execution of training programs for newly onboarded franchisees and their staff.
- Communicate regularly with franchisees to share updates on new product launches, promotional activities, and business initiatives.
- Track franchise fees and outstanding dues, and coordinate closely with the accounts team to ensure timely recovery of payments.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time in accordance with the operational needs of the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
