Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Mall Manager – Sales & Franchising to oversee the operations, sales, and franchising activities of our upcoming commercial mall project. The candidate will be responsible for driving leasing, managing franchise partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a vibrant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing

  • Drive sales and leasing of retail spaces within the mall.
  • Build strong client relationships with retailers, franchise partners, and brand owners.
  • Negotiate agreements, finalize contracts, and ensure timely occupancy.

Franchising & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard franchise partners to enhance the brand mix.
  • Develop franchising strategies to attract reputed national & international brands.
  • Monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Mall Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day mall operations, including facilities, security, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between tenants, service providers, and management.
  • Implement marketing & promotional activities to increase footfall.

Customer Experience & Marketing

  • Plan and execute events, campaigns, and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor feedback and continuously improve the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for advertising & digital promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in mall management, leasing, or franchising.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and tenant/franchise management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in launching or managing new mall projects will be an added advantage.
