Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Acquisition:
- Identify, research, and approach potential franchise partners.
- Pitch the franchise model and investment opportunity convincingly.
- Conduct market mapping to find untapped cities/regions.
- Screening & Evaluation:
- Assess financial capability, business acumen of potential franchisees.
- Conduct due diligence and background verification.
- Franchise On boarding:
- Coordinate agreements, legal documentation, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure smooth setup of franchise outlets (location selection, design, fit-outs, equipment, and compliance).
- Relationship Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for franchisees during the on boarding stage.
- Build long-term relationships to maximize trust and loyalty.
- Performance Tracking & Support:
- Work with operations/marketing team to ensure new outlets hit revenue and brand standards.
- Track ROI and franchise satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation ability.
- Knowledge of franchise models, legalities, and retail/business operations.
- Market research and lead generation capabilities.
- Networking and relationship-building mindset.
Salary: Negotiable
