Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Acquisition:
  • Identify, research, and approach potential franchise partners.
  • Pitch the franchise model and investment opportunity convincingly.
  • Conduct market mapping to find untapped cities/regions.
  • Screening & Evaluation:
  • Assess financial capability, business acumen of potential franchisees.
  • Conduct due diligence and background verification.
  • Franchise On boarding:
  • Coordinate agreements, legal documentation, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth setup of franchise outlets (location selection, design, fit-outs, equipment, and compliance).
  • Relationship Management:
  • Act as the single point of contact for franchisees during the on boarding stage.
  • Build long-term relationships to maximize trust and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking & Support:
  • Work with operations/marketing team to ensure new outlets hit revenue and brand standards.
  • Track ROI and franchise satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation ability.
  • Knowledge of franchise models, legalities, and retail/business operations.
  • Market research and lead generation capabilities.
  • Networking and relationship-building mindset.

Salary: Negotiable
