Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of our healthcare franchise network across India. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners including clinics, diagnostic centers, wellness centers, and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Franchise Acquisition & Lead Generation

  2. Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners

  3. Conduct market visits and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects

  4. Maintain and manage a strong franchise prospect pipeline

  5. Due Diligence & Partner Evaluation

  6. Assess financial and operational suitability of potential partners

  7. Coordinate site visits and evaluate business potential

  8. Prepare feasibility reports and ROI projections

  9. Negotiation & Onboarding

  10. Negotiate franchise agreements and commercial terms

  11. Coordinate all legal, financial, and compliance documentation
  12. Oversee partner onboarding, training, and launch support

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion
  • Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness, or diagnostics preferred
  • Strong understanding of franchise models and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel extensively
