What You'll Do
Franchise Growth: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our business footprint.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliances.
Strategic Partnerships: Initiate collaborations and tie-ups to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
Market Research: Identify new opportunities in retail and healthcare sectors.
Partner Support: Guide franchise partners in business planning and performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and training.
Target Achievement: Drive business growth through franchise acquisition and alliance development.
Industry Representation: Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Franchise Development / Retail / Business Alliances
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Experience in the Healthcare or Retail industry (preferred)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel for business development activities
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred)
