As a Customer Support Associate, you will be required to:
2. Engaging and assisting customers such as home renovators, service providers, and manufacturers on a daily basis via various communication channels.
3. This is a hybrid customer service model that will give you exposure to the best of inside sales and customer support.
4. Communicating with and educating end users about various products, while also promoting them through phone conversations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

2. Fluent in English & Hindi or English & Malayalam
3. Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
4. Passionate about educating and training end-users about home construction
5. Should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Understanding the business requirements.
7. Should have proven phone network, internet bandwidth and functional laptop to work remotely

Experience: Less than a year, Freshers are also welcome to apply.

**Salary**: 20 to 30% hike on current CTC.
Work Schedule: 6 Days a week and 9 hours a day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 per month
