Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- International Calling experience.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussion with the customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Admin & some operational work would be additional.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience as a Customer Support voice process or similar CS role.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication (English & Punjabi Languages are must).
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- It would be remote work.

**Salary**: From ₹23,000.00 per month
