**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Manager - FMCG Industry

**Location**: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

**Experience**: 5-10 years

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners.
- **Marketing Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize marketing efforts.
- **Team Leadership and Coordination**:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- **Brand Positioning and Promotion**:

- Manage brand positioning in the market and ensure effective promotional strategies for product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities reflect the brand's core values and standards.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Regularly monitor sales performance and marketing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance, market trends, and future opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across different departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and ERP software is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
