**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a polite and timely manner, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
- Actively promote and upsell products and services during customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs and preferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue and number of units sold.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
