**The Role**:

- Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order dispatches.
- Coordination and follow
- up with logistics partners on timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitoring the performance and daily operations of 3PL warehouses.
- Closely work with all members of the warehouse team, consisting of Inventory management, Order processing,dispatch teams and with warehouse accounts on timely inventory and orders accounting.
- Setup processes and KPIs for D2C.
- Ensuring product availability for D2C by coordinating with production and marketing teams for timely projections vs availability.

- Have high energy and love working with people.
- Are able to understand processes, structures and potential pitfalls of activities.
- Have a bias for action and are ambitious.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Overall 2+ years of experience in managing D2C operations and processes.

**Work Location**:

- Worli Office & weekly visits to warehouse in Vasai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
