**About Us**
Kaatil is a global hot condiments brand made using Indian chillies only. With presence across D2C, Amazon India, Amazon US & offline channels, we’re rapidly expanding & looking at hiring a Marketing & Operations Executive to work on the online channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing Coordination_
- Contribute to the marketing plan aimed at increasing D2C & marketplace awareness & sales
- Collaborate with content & design partners to develop high-quality content, including images, videos, and campaigns
- Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery of designs for product packaging
- Operations Management_
- Oversee stock levels and maintain accurate internal stock management records
- Coordinate with warehousing partners to ensure timely inventory updates and dispatches
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless procurement and delivery of packaging materials like boxes, labels, etc.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or operations (D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
