Project Operations Executive / Associate

**Experience**: 2-4 years
**Location**: Chakala, Andheri (Mumbai)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Project Operations professional** to support the smooth execution of multiple brand projects. This role involves managing workflows, ensuring accountability across teams, monitoring deliverables, and providing operational support in areas like performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain WIP trackers, deliverable sheets, and dashboards.
- **Campaign & Execution Support**:

- Assist in execution of **Meta & Google Ads** campaigns (basic to intermediate level).
- Handle **WhatsApp marketing campaigns**.
- Coordinate **influencer campaigns** (outreach, coordination, reporting).
- Prepare media **reports, review presentations on a monthly basis**.
- **Client & Team Coordination**:

- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Share regular status updates, reports, and presentations with managers/clients.
- Track monthly & additional deliverables with timelines.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure accountability is maintained across teams through structured updates.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in **project operations, performance marketing, or campaign execution**.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Hands-on exposure to:

- **Performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads)**:

- **WhatsApp marketing tools**:

- **Influencer campaign handling**:

- Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite** (reporting & presentations).
- Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and comfortable multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
