**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Branding**:

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance school brand visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Assist schools in organizing marketing events, open houses, and admission drives.

**Admissions & Training**:

- Manage and support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
- Train and mentor telecallers and counselors to improve conversion rates.
- Implement a structured admission process under the guidance of senior management.

**Operations & Coordination**:

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities within schools.
- Ensure proper coordination between different departments and external vendors.
- Support academic coordination to maintain quality standards.
- Handle backend work and administrative tasks as guided by the management.
- Work independently, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently without constant supervision.

**Hiring Coordination & Recruitment**:

- Work closely with schools to understand their hiring needs and facilitate recruitment.
- Support schools in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Maintain records of hiring activities and track recruitment progress.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Management**:

- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Build strong relationships with school administrators and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers as required.

**Travel & On-Ground Execution**:

- Be willing to travel to different school locations as needed.
- Provide on-site support to schools for marketing campaigns and operational activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, school management, or recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Willingness to travel across different locations if needed.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
