**Job Title**: Marketing Executive - Sales & Operations
**Location**: Goregaon East, Mumbai

**Qualification**: MBA (Regular) - Marketing or related field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and BTL activities.
- Support operational activities such as order tracking, inventory checks, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and forecasts for management.

**Requirements**:

- MBA (Regular) in Marketing or a related field is **mandatory**.
- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** in marketing, sales, and operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel as needed for field marketing and client visits.

**Preferred Industries**:
Garments, Retail or FMCG.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
