**Position**: Executive - Marketing Operations

**Location**: Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai

**Working Hours**:10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

**Mode of Work**: Hybrid

**Week Off**: Saturday and Sunday

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives and manage day-to-day operational tasks. This role focuses on executing direct marketing campaigns, tracking prospects, maintaining an industry database, and enhancing brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Direct Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan, implement, and monitor direct marketing campaigns targeting key audiences.
- Develop and distribute personalized marketing materials to existing and potential clients.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.

**2. Prospect Management**
- Identify and track potential leads across multiple marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and follow-ups.

**3. Industry Database Management**
- Research and compile comprehensive databases, including key stakeholders, competitors, and market trends.
- Regularly update and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Segment databases for targeted marketing initiatives.

**4. Marketing Operations**
- Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and payment processing in collaboration with finance.
- Keep organized records of marketing agreements and invoices.

**5. Collateral & Inventory Management**
- Oversee storage, organization, and replenishment of marketing materials.
- Track usage and ensure availability of resources for campaigns, events, and sales support.
- Coordinate with creative teams and vendors for the production and delivery of collaterals.

**Skills & Competencies**:
**Essential**: Vendor management, project planning, industry research & MIS, excellent communication.

**Desirable**: Innovative thinking, networking, time management, global perspective.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 minimum years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or a similar role.
