**Hiring for an Advertising Agency for Operations Associate Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination & Execution**:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of visual merchandising projects across retail stores, showrooms, and events. Ensure all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:
Maintain and monitor stock levels of display materials, props, and signage. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- **Vendor Liaison**:
Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to manage logistics, delivery schedules, and installation of visual merchandising materials. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.
- **In-Store Implementation**:
Support the team in executing in-store visual merchandising strategies, including displays, window setups, product placements, and signage installation.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:
Ensure that visual merchandising displays adhere to brand guidelines and standards, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all touchpoints.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
Assist in tracking project progress, inventory usage, and store visits. Prepare and maintain reports on project statuses, budgets, and other key metrics.
- **Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on visual concepts and operational goals.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**:
Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the execution of visual merchandising projects, ensuring mínimal disruption to timelines and quality

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in an operational role, ideally in retail, merchandising, or advertising. Experience in visual merchandising is a plus but not required.
**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
