This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate position at **ProV Foods in Mumbai - Andheri.**

**Duties & Responsibilities -**
- Accurate Data Entry Transactions:

- Execute precise and timely data entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
- Utilize advanced data entry techniques to manage complex data efficiently.
- Effective Communication with Stakeholders:

- Communicate seamlessly with suppliers, transporters, and other external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Act as a central point of contact for communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely coordination.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of transport-related activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Skills**:

- Precise Data Entry: Proficient in accurate and efficient in data entry
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, and other external partners.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and communication.
- Must hold good communication skills.
- Must be a graduate

**Proficiency in Tools/Software**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Should be well versed with MS Excel Formulas.

**Previous Experience**:

- Proven experience in data entry roles.

Freshers with a zeal to learn new can also apply.

**Shift time**: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm

**Location**: Andheri East, Near Chakala (JB Nagar) Metro station
