**Job Summary**

The Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Associate is responsible for managing the procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes within the MedTech manufacturing company. This role involves collaborating with R&D, production,and finance teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations, adherence to regulatory requirements, and cost optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement**:

- Manage the procurement process for raw materials, components, and supplies for both R&D and production teams.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize pricing and delivery terms.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain a supplier database and build strong relationships with vendors.
- **Logistics**:

- Coordinate the transportation and warehousing of materials and finished goods.
- Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Manage the shipping and receiving process, including documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records through a manual register system.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend actions for disposal.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with key vendors, including acrylic job vendors, circuit design vendors, and assembly vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and components, maintaining quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize costs.
- **Supply Chain Management**
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of raw materials.
- Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate risks.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies for raw materials and components.
- **Financial Management**:

- Update GST bills and maintain necessary records for compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team on invoice processing and payment schedules.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain principles.
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in the MedTech industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
