**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the design/sales team.
- Schedule client meetings, design consultations, and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and project status.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and social media support (if required).
- Track sales metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with interior design terminology and project flow.
- Experience in lead management and digital marketing coordination.
- Communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
