**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads.
- **Client Communication**: Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and schedule meetings with the design team.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
- **Project Coordination**: Liaise between clients, designers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
- **Database Management**: Maintain client records, sales data, and reports using CRM software or Excel.
- **Follow-ups**: Track ongoing projects, pending payments, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the **interior design or construction industry**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and materials (preferred but not mandatory).
