**Job Responsibilities in MIS**
- All Data in the registry sheets/ trackers are up to date
- Monitor the MIS data are up to date in all departments, and doing the needful to make sure the data are filled if required
- Prepare reports, daily, weekly, monthly for the management using the MIS Data’s

**Job Responsibilities in Store**
- Preparing monthly stock reconciliation
- Making sure timely availability of Materials
- Have a ready list of materials to be ordered
- Updated the stock in Tally or equivalent sheets
- Handling and Scheduling of material despatch
- Monthly stock taking and sending report to management
- Internal Audits
- Audited three financial years audit (Annual audit)-which include physical asset verification

**Job Responsibilities in Office**
- Monitoring staff movement attendance, leave, Absenteeism & prepare payroll
- Welfare of the employees
- Co-ordinate and maintain records of office expense
- Handled daily cash collection & depositing to bank
- Making sure office premises is clean and do timely repair
- Identify risk in operation which has financial implication.
- Recommending additional controls & process improvement in the functional area if required.
- Maintain discipline and implement office policies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- Timely renewal of contracts, AMC’s, etc.
- Reporting any revenue league and report the same
- Verifying courier movements and logistics bills as per agreed terms
- Responsible for day-to-day office purchase (creating vendor, collecting quote & issues PO’s
- Verify cash vouchers with supporting documents
- Looking after all the statutory requirements like PF/ESI and Legal Matters
- Hiring suitable & Quality manpower for the departments in the given time period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
