We are hiring a Sales Executive for InBox Packs (InBox Food Packaging), located at Marampally, Aluva.

The Sales Executive will handle incoming leads, communicate with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
  • Coordinate with design, accounts, and production teams for order updates and delivery.
  • Take regular production updates from production units.
  • Maintain accurate client details and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
  • Collect payments and ensure timely order completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, client servicing, or coordination. (Preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and English. (Mandatory)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Zoho CRM, WhatsApp, Excel).
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Must be able to work from office at Marampally, Aluva. (Mandatory)

Salary: 18,000 22,000 per month + commission based on total sales
