About the Role

Slams Art is looking for a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Executive to handle investment-related client interactions and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and investors.
  • Explain investment-related services, benefits, and plans clearly and confidently.
  • Convert leads into successful deals through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or investment-related sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, motivated, and result-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
