What You'll Do

  • Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for our AI-driven recruitment products and services.
  • Drive qualified leads through
    SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content strategy
    .
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on
    employer branding and B2B lead generation
    .
  • Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to translate product capabilities into powerful marketing stories.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimize for conversions, and report on ROI.
  • Build and guide a small team of specialists and manage digital marketing vendors.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in
    digital marketing
    , ideally within the
    AI tech, HR tech, or recruitment industry
    .
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and performance optimisation.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush)
    , and automation platforms.
  • Strong storytelling ability, you can turn complex tech into clear, human-focused messaging.
  • Data-savvy mindset and experience driving measurable business outcomes.
