Marketing Associate

Role Purpose:

Support Nava Designs' growth by driving social media visibility, generating quality leads,

identifying and executing events, and providing insights into market opportunities and

trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media & Branding: Manage presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and

YouTube; create posts; monitor analytics.

• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Run digital campaigns, maintain CRM database, handover

leads to sales.

• Event Identification & Execution: Research events, manage logistics and branding, collect

leads.

• Market Understanding: Research coconut/agri-tech markets, competitors, customer

trends; track government schemes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Agri-related fields.
• 2–4 years' experience in marketing, preferably in agri-tech/startups.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, digital tools, and lead generation.
• Event management exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, design sense, and analytical mindset.

KPIs:

• Monthly growth in social media engagement/followers.
• Number of leads generated & qualified.
• Successful participation in key events.
• Timely delivery of market research reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
