We are looking for result-oriented Tele Marketing Executives to handle and close sales leads generated through social media campaigns, digital platforms, and internal sources. The primary responsibility of this role is professional follow-up, customer handling, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads generated from social media, websites, and other platforms
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to understand customer requirements
  • Explain SKEENET products, features, and benefits clearly
  • Schedule site visits / installation appointments where required
  • Follow up systematically and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Maintain accurate lead status and customer details
  • Coordinate with sales & installation teams for smooth order execution
  • Focus exclusively on sales closure and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in tele marketing / inside sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam & basic English
  • Good listening skills and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
