Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Executive – Digital Marketing
who is passionate about driving growth through data-driven campaigns, performance optimization, and smart automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, strong analytical ability, and a desire to explore AI-powered marketing innovations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and lead conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives, copy, and audience targeting.

2. SEO & Content Strategy

  • Implement
    on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
    strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO alignment.
  • Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and traffic insights.

3. Marketing Automation & AI Integration

  • Build and manage
    automation workflows
    for campaigns, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Utilize AI tools for content ideation, audience insights, and ad optimization.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate performance dashboards using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the
    development, design, and creative
    teams to align strategies.
  • Support digital campaign execution across multiple client projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Proficiency in
    Meta Ads Manager
    ,
    Google Ads
    ,
    Google Analytics
    ,
    Search Console
    , and
    Tag Manager
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO principles
    and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools and automation platforms
    for marketing.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Experience with
    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    and lead funnels.
  • Exposure to
    AI-driven marketing workflows
    and chatbots.
  • Experience guiding junior team members or interns.
