**Position - Customer Success Associate**

**Employment Type - **Full-Time & Permanent

**Core responsibilities**:

- Handle customer objections effectively and improve CSAT.
- Assumes responsibility to solve customer problems.
- Ensures commitment to customers are met and in a timely manner.
- Solicits opinions and ideas from customers.
- Strive for high quality and complies with clearly defined rules and policies.
- Is cautious and disciplined to focus and meet the targets for Customer Success metrics such as CSAT, FCR, Quality etc.
- Is viewed as a customer understanding expert internally. Understand and empathize customer's issues.
- Manages fair workload and willing to go the extra-mile to meet the desired results.
- Builds strong relationships both Internal and external stakeholders.

**Preference**:

- Excellent oral and communications skills
- Proficiency in English is a must. Additionally knowledge in Hindi and at least 2 south Indian languages are preferred.
- Experience in customer support is an added advantage
- Freshers with zeal for customer experience are welcome
- Flexible with rotational offs and shifts.
- Willing to commute to office on his own.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
