Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Associate - Enterprise. The associate will oversee customer engagement initiatives, address support queries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and implement strategies for customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve proactive communication with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and working to strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Customer Retention strategies and building lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and measure success metrics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Trainer Relationship Management(TRM) experience is must
  • Previous experience in Ed-Tech Industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
