Magellanic Cloud Limited, a US Based IT Staffing and Consulting Company is looking for Bench Sales recruiters to work full-time at our office in Hyderabad.
Shift: Night Shift
Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 0-1 years
Location : Dallas Center, Magellanic Cloud 6th Floor, Hyderabad.
**Job Description**:
Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Roles and Responsibilities
- One should have good knowledge in cold-calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Hands on experience in end to end Bench sales process across various IT Technologies.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and some time on a contract position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
