Breathe, the lingerie venture of Sociium, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to help manage and grow our online presence. This role provides hands-on experience in fashion e-commerce and online retail operations, offering the opportunity to contribute to a unique and exciting brand.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring correct information on pricing, descriptions, and stock availability.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize product descriptions, images, and content, focusing on SEO and user engagement.
3. Monitor key site metrics, including traffic, sales, and conversion rates, and help generate reports to track performance.
4. Support online marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media efforts to increase brand awareness and sales.
5. Assist with customer service, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
6. Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to support strategy development.
7. Help improve site navigation, product categorization, and search functions to enhance the customer experience.
8. Work on inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are synced with the online store.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.

2. Passion for fashion, particularly lingerie, and interest in e-commerce and online retail.

3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

4. Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media.

5. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a bonus.

7. A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

**Women who recently graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's degree are preferred.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
