Shelf Merch is a next-gen Merchandise-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform helping creators, brands, and enterprises build, manage, and scale their branded merchandise with zero inventory risk. We handle everything from design to delivery - powered by AI and on-demand production.

**Role Overview**

As an Account Management Executive, you’ll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate merchandise campaigns, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and managing expectations.
- Assist in planning and executing merchandise campaigns end-to-end.
- Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track account health metrics, reporting regularly on performance and engagement.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with merchandise, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,241.11 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
