**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales & Lead Generation Specialist
**Location**: Surat, Gujarat
**Job Type**: Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a **Real Estate Sales & Lead Generation Specialist**. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract and engage potential clients, generate high-quality real estate inquiries, and successfully convert leads into sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively generate leads through online platforms, social media, cold calls, and networking.
- Respond promptly and professionally to real estate inquiries from prospective buyers or investors.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent communication.
- Qualify leads to identify serious buyers and guide them through the property buying process.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings, virtual tours, and meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, new listings, and real estate regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Real estate license (if required by your location) is an advantage.
