**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to suggest appropriate properties.
- **Property Showings**: Conduct property tours for prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the properties, features, and the local market.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on local real estate trends, market conditions, and property values to offer clients expert advice.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Assist clients in negotiations and ensure smooth property transactions from offer to closing, including preparing and reviewing contracts and documents.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Help create and implement effective marketing strategies for listings, including online ads, social media, and open houses.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and real estate professionals such as brokers, agents, and lenders.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales goals as determined by the sales manager.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in real estate may also apply.
- **License**: Valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage clients and negotiate deals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends is a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software, social media platforms, and real estate listing sites.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and clients efficiently.
- **Drive & Ambition**: Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet sales targets and advance in the real estate industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
