Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Sales professional. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. The role involves managing property listings, conducting property tours, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry standards to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including buying, selling, and evaluating Real Property
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Familiarity with the property market in Ahmedabad is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
