Role Description

The Real Estate Telecaller is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The role involves communicating with prospective clients to provide information about real estate projects, answering inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, maintaining accurate records, and achieving sales and communication targets. The candidate will play an instrumental role in managing excellent customer relationships and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Ability to meet sales and lead generation targets through problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills, including record-keeping and task prioritization
  • A positive and professional attitude with a customer service orientation
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software or similar tools
  • Prior experience in telecommunication or sales, particularly in the real estate domain, is a plus
  • Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is required; familiarity with English is an added advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or related field is preferred
