Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive( Male )

Location: Vesu, Surat

Project: Bhawans Ultima

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales

Languages Required: Hindi, English, and Gujarati (Fluency in all three)



Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage qualified leads through various sales and marketing activities.
- Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client queries and follow up regularly until closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress and market feedback.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong understanding of the Surat real estate market, especially in the Vesu area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work on weekends and during peak site hours.



**Salary**: Competitive + Performance-based incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
