SCARLETT DESIGNS & JEWELLERY is seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Agency Partner** to lead a high-stakes, fully remote project with a **budget of $1 million over 3 months**. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled digital marketer with expertise in managing large-scale campaigns on **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** to make a significant impact.

As an Agency Partner, you will collaborate with a global team to optimize campaign performance and deliver exceptional results—all while working from the comfort of your home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically plan and execute a digital advertising campaign with a $1 million budget across Facebook and Google Ads platforms within the 3-month timeframe.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative development, and performance analysis.
- Monitor real-time performance data and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure ad materials are engaging and aligned with campaign goals.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign progress, insights, and final outcomes.
- Maintain open communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Stay informed about the latest updates, tools, and best practices for Facebook and Google Ads.

**Requirements**:

- At least **4+ years of experience** managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets exceeding **$500,000**.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint are a strong advantage.
