Operations Manager – Content Creator/Host/Agency Acquisition for mychatClub App

About the Role -: We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to drive host/Content Creator and agency acquisition for a 1-on-1 audio and video calling Social platform. This is a high-impact role where you will build and manage a strong creator/host ecosystem, optimize onboarding, resolve live operations issues, and scale revenue. You will also play a key role in strategic partnerships with agencies and creators to strengthen the platform's supply and engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Agency & Host Acquisition

• Lead acquisition of individual hosts and creator agencies for the platform.
• Build and maintain a high-quality network of hosts and agencies.
• Conduct competitor tracking, lead generation, and strategic negotiations to enhance platform supply.

2. Onboarding & Enablement

• Optimize onboarding funnels for hosts and agencies, ensuring smooth ramp-up.
• Provide training, support, and resources to enable hosts to succeed.
• Act as a point of contact for live operational issues and resolution.

3. Operations & Revenue Growth

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to host management and platform engagement.
• Monitor and track key metrics (host performance, revenue per host, retention, engagement).
• Implement programs and initiatives to scale revenue and optimize host contribution.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Communication

• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and key partners to strengthen the creator ecosystem.
• Lead multilingual stakeholder management and community-building initiatives.
• Maintain detailed reporting of recruitment activities and host performance for internal teams.

5. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product and marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
• Present insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Metrics / KPIs

• Number of new hosts/CC and agencies onboarded monthly
• Host retention and revenue contribution
• Average revenue per host
• Efficiency of onboarding funnel and ramp-up time
• Quality of agency/host partnerships
• Incremental revenue growth from operational initiatives

Qualifications & SkillsMust-haves:

• 5+ years experience in operations, creator/host management, agency partnerships, or business development (social/content/digital platforms preferred)
• Proven track record in building and managing host/creator networks and partnerships
• Strong negotiation, lead generation, and strategic acquisition skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in dashboards, metrics, and reporting
• Excellent communication and multilingual stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Good to have:

• Experience with 1-on-1 chatting platforms or audio/video social apps
• Familiarity with creator monetization models (gifting, subscriptions, revenue share)
• Experience with CRM, analytics, or workflow automation tools
