Position Title: Content Creator

Location: Dubai / Remote

Experience: 1–3 Years

Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager / Operations Manager

Qualification: Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, producing, and editing engaging content across digital platforms — including videos, reels, and short-form content — to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's strategy and marketing goals.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, reels, and shorts for social media and digital channels.
  • Write compelling and SEO-friendly scripts, captions, and descriptions to enhance audience engagement.
  • Research and implement trending topics, formats, and styles to keep content relevant and up to date.
  • Design visually appealing creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure brand consistency and performance-driven content.
  • Optimize content for reach, visibility, and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content creation, video production, and editing.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency in video editing and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience creating short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for social media.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
